Wiki Endometrial biopsies on double uterus

Can anyone give advice on how to bill for a patient that had biopsies on a double uterus. Do you add procedure twice or add a bilateral modifier or another modifier?

you cannot add a 50 as this is an organ that is not a defined bilateral organ. We had a patient like this and always used the 22 modifier.
