We had a patient present for endometrial bx because endometrial cells showed up on her annual pap smear. The endo bx came back as benign so how do I code out the endo bx. She had no post menopausal bleeding no other symptoms other than the endometrial cells on pap. This was recommended by the pathologist since the patient was over 40. Need dx code. Thanks: Barb
