Endoscopic Biopsy of lesions

Hi, does any one know what CPT code would be used for an endoscopic biopsy of intraventricular choroid plexus lesions? The surgeon first placed a ventriculoperitoneal shunt and then did a biopsy. I am not sure how this would be coded :confused:
