Can someone help with the CPT code for this? Does 31240 apply? This is all that is documented
Using the 0 Using the 0-degree endoscope and a large Takahashi forceps, the middle turbinate concha bullosa was compressed on both the right and left side.-degree endoscope and a large Takahashi forceps, the middle turbinate concha bullosa was compressed on both the right and left side.

Thanks

I believe this is the correct code to reflect treatment to relieve an air pocket in the middle turbinate that results in pain around the eyes and problems in sinus drainage. In the procedure, the surgeon incises or compresses the air pocket.

Don't forget: the code represents a unilateral service. Depending on payer preference, you may need to add either modifier 50 to the code on one line of the claim; append both RT and LT modifiers appended to the code on two lines of the claim; or bill two units of 31240 on one line with no modifier.
