There is no code for endoscopic harvest of a radial artery. My provider would like me to use the open code 35600, stating it can be used for either open or endoscopic. He said the skill required is much higher then for endoscopic harvest of radial vein, so wouldn't compare to code 33508. So my choice would be to use open code or use unlisted code with comparison to the open code. Are there any Cardiothoracic coders, who could help me with this. I can't find any recent discussions.
