Which code would you use for an ENDOSCOPIC PEG Tube change? I am looking at 49450.

look at 43760. The only thing is this code and the code you picked is not an endoscopic code. I would probably go with unlisted laparoscopic procedure with the fee from this open code.

I sent a redacted copy to the AGA and they said to use 43246 even though the peg was placed at the same site.
