Hello, When my ENT MD performs an endoscopic skull base approach to resect a juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma, am I submitting CPT 31299 for the approach and CPT 61600 for the resection. Or do I submit one cpt, 31299, and include the fees for all procedures? Thanks in advance.
