The only code I see for this procedure is 33508, which is used for CABG codes. However, when the doctor dictates 'endoscopic vein harvest' for a Fem-Pop bypass, is there a code to use to state he harvested the vein endoscopically?
Which vein did he harvest? If it is the saphenous vein, the work for that is included in the code for fem-pop with vein 35556. I don't think it matters if it is open or endoscopic procurement.
