Wiki Endoscopy used with cyst excision help

I need help in coding this Op note where the provider made 3 incisions around the cyst on the shoulder and under direct endoscopic visualization, the cyst wall was identified and was carefully resected without removing any of the underlying subcutaneous tissue.
I know to code the cyst excision using CPT 23071 but I am not sure about how to code using the endoscope for visualization.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
