Hello, My provider is looking at using the Endothelix Vendys II Endothelial Function testing. The company is recommending using 93923, a multilevel ABI code for billing. I can only find information showing EndoPat was previously billed with 0337T which was deleted in 2019 and AMA has instructed to use 93998 Unlisted non-invasive vascular diagnostic study. I am finding that most payers are considering this to be investigational. Has anyone billed for this service? What are the CPT codes and reimbursement?
