Hi,
I'm hoping for some advice as I don't usually code these cases. The patient had an attempted endovascular intervention of the popliteal artery performed. The Doctor was unable to pass the wire through the popliteal occlusion, I wasn't really sure of the code for this scenario I was looking at 37224-74 but could really use some advice.
