Maybe its to early in the morning :p but I dont see a selective cath placement in this report. I think the best we can do is

Now someone else let us know what you think of this. When I use the 75630 I like to see the renals mentioned so I know where the angiogram took place up at or above the renals.

Documentation needs to be a little bit better. :)
