Wiki Endovascular repair of aortoiliac occlusive disease

I have had a few surgeries recently that an endograft was used for repair of aortoiliac occlusive disease. 34804 specifically says for repair of an aneurysm but that is what the company that makes the device is saying to use. Will the claim be denied if I use 440.22? Any suggestions on a more appropriate code?

can you post the report? If treating aortoilliac stenosis you would use 37221. If treating anuerysm in the illiac you would use 34900. Was the aorta addressed graft? that code change coding to. If you can add a little more detail I can assist your better. Thanks,
