Hi!
Hoping to get any thoughts on the new endovascular revascularization of lower extremities. If the same two treatments (arthrectomy and angioplasty) were done on the same single vessel: femoral artery was treated for stenosis and popliteal artery was treated for complex, would both codes be used 37271 & 37273 or would you report only 37273?
