Has anyone encountered difficulties enrolling a provider as an out-of-network provider via Availity? Despite submitting the W-9, certifications, and claims via Avality and Mail, the profile still doesn't upload, they are able to pull up the document but unable to forward over to the right department successfully If you've faced this, could you share if you were able to resolve it and how? We've escalated this numerous times, but it seems enrolling new out-of-net-work providers has become a trending issue with Anthem.
