Has anyone encountered difficulties enrolling a provider as an out-of-network provider via Availity? Despite submitting the W-9, certifications, and claims via Avality and Mail, the profile still doesn't upload, they are able to pull up the document but unable to forward over to the right department successfully 😞 If you've faced this, could you share if you were able to resolve it and how? We've escalated this numerous times, but it seems enrolling new out-of-net-work providers has become a trending issue with Anthem.
