Wiki ENT-code 38724 was denied as inpt only

Receiced a denial that 38724 was denied under OPPS as an inpt code only. Is there another code that should be used for outpt?

There aren't alternative codes that will get you around this denial. The inpatient-only denial is not due to incorrect coding - it's because Medicare's policy requires that certain procedures be done only in an inpatient setting for clinical reasons. If this is in fact the procedure that was done, then the patient should have been admitted in order for the facility to be able to be reimbursed for this.
