CAn someone please help me! I need to some explanation on CPT codes 31090, 31070 versus 31276,31267,31287. My physician is telling me he is going to bill these more because he gets paid more. I tried to explain that 31090 is an incision or open procedure. He is doing these sinus procedures intranasal and in a balloon fashion. Can anyone help me by explaining the differences.
