Good morning,

Can you combined the elements of the ENT exam and the general E/M elements. We are billing for an ENT practice.

Example: EYES - ENT exam; Test ocular motility and primary gaze alignment.

General E/M exam; Inspection of lids and conjunctivae
Exam of pupils and irises
Opthalmoscopic exam optic discs
