Wiki ENT removes nasal packing which ER placed--looking for CPT

Please, please help.
ENT goes to hospital where patient was admitted and ENT MD did a 99232 subsequent consult.
ENT also removes nasal packing placed a few days earlier by ER. This was done because epistaxis resolved.
Would it be appropriate to bill a 30300 only?
