Physician makes an external incision and visualizes the bony framework of the nose. He then makes an incision in the anterior septal angle to expose cartilage to harvest a grafting material for septal struts. He then makes makes an incision at the bony-cartiaginous junction of the qudangular cartilage to obtain bone to graft to the premaxilla to correct nasal tip collapse. Are 20900"bone graft any donor site" and 20912, "nasal septum graft" allowed to be separately billed. It does not seem as though these were obtained through actual separate incisions. The intent was to repair a deviated septum and nasal valve colapse
