He then makes makes an incision at the bony-cartiaginous junction of the qudangular cartilage to obtain bone to graft to the premaxilla to correct nasal tip collapse. Are 20900"bone graft any donor site" and 20912, "nasal septum graft" allowed to be separately billed. It does not seem as though these were obtained through actual separate incisions.
