Hi,

Our doctor performed a exploratory laparotomy, drainage of multiple abdominal abscesses x 3, small bowel resection, end ileostomy and placement of an abdominal Vac. Any research that I am finding is showing that the ileostomy would be included in the enterectomy..Any guidance with this is very appreciative.
