The doctor performed enteroscopy including ileum with bx and also placed a stent under fluoroscopy. I billed three codes; 44377-59, 44379 and 76000-59. The insurance paid for 44379 and denied the other two saying they are part of more global code 44379. Can someone help me if my coding is correct so that I can write an appeal to the insurance.
