the regular colonoscope was placed into the oral canal and advanced to the third portion of the duodenum. At this point, NaviAid balloon was then placed through the biopsy channel and through a push-pull technique, anchoring the balloon in distances and threading the catheter deep. The colonoscope was able to transverse through roughly 220 cm into the mid jejunum. Approximately 6 ml of India Ink were used to mark the spot of deepest intubation. The scope was then withdrawn.
