This case had catheters placed in the subclavin and both femorals. A puncture and ICE which showed a possible clot in left atrail appendage. A decision was made to stop the procedure. Both codes are add on's that require an ablation as primary.

1. How can I bill since the ablation was never started?
2. Although the catheters were placed, no EP study was done. I would not bill for that would I?

Anybody out there with any thoughts?
Thanks,
Cathy
