Wiki EP individual codes help please

Catheter placed in HIS bundle , catheter placed in RV with pacing, CS Catheter with left atrial pacing (no atrial catheter placed)
3D mapping, PVC Ablation, No induction of Arrhythmia

Would this be correct:
93652,93613,93600,93603

Would you bill the 93610, 93602 for the left atrium pacing /recording ?

I noticed that the 93602/93610 state intra-atrial so does it have to be done in the left and right or can it be either?

We use the comprehensive EP eval studies. Look at 93620, 93621, 93613 and yes, the 93652 is correct for the ablation. I never use the 93600 or the other codes you stated?

This particular Dr doesn't do all the comprehensive...I ended up coding

93652 for the PVC ablation
93613 for the 3d mapping
93612 for the RV pacing
93600 for the his bundle recording
93603 for the RV recording

I decided that the 93621 shouldn't be billed as it is an add on code and I didn't think it was appropriate to use the 93602/93610 for the coronary sinus pacing and recording in the left atrium.

Too bad he didn't do RA pacing and recording and it would have been a comprehensive.
