It's been a LONG while since I coded an EP study. My MD wants 93563, 93655, 93613, 93462, 93623 + 93662. Please help. So my question is all of it but is the Atrial EGM was mapped using carto system = 3D mappping? I googled but...? TIA

This is how I would code this. Can't code 93563 since he did not inject any coronary arteries in a congential heart cath. Agree with 93655, 93613, 93462, 93623, and 93662. I think he wanted 93653 for the SVT Ablation. Carto system is used for 3-d mapping. If you can, remind the doctor thesay in his report that 3-d mappng was performed.
