I am tring to bill out the Epi pen to Medi-cal/Medicaid YIKES. Pen calls out 15mgs. How do I convert that. First of all I can't even find pricing but not sure if I should price at X per unit and call out 15 units. Can anyone help. I understand the reimbursement rate is low. Do you know if medi-cal allows for the J code and copy of invoice ?
