Episode of care when waiting for swelling

Inpatient admission for patient who requires ORIF LUE and LLE. ORIF cannot be performed until swelling has decreased. What episode of care do I assign for the post-initial inpatient consults prior to surgery to assess swelling, etc.?

They are all part of the active treatment I would use the initial character.
