Hello:

Does anyone know anything about the eRx code G8553 expiring? I had these codes rejected by our clearinghouse and I was told that the code expired, but she could not tell me anything more than that. I wasn't sure if there was a new eRx code or if we are no longer required to submit them since the incentive ended in 2013 reporting period.

There is no new code to replace G8553. CMS's eprescribe program has ended (yayyy!!), and there is no longer anything to report.
