PLEASE HELP BCBS HAS DENIED THE LOOP RECORDER WITH THE EPS STUDY CODES I HAVE USED 93620-26 AND 33285 PER CPT BOOK I DO NOT SEE WHERE THESE TWO CODES CANNOT BE BILLED TOGETHER PROVIDERS REPORT SUPPORT THE SERVICES.
