I am needing help determining if there is a separately billable CPT code for an in-office "Epworth Sleepiness Scale?" Patient came in to establish care and admits that he has been witnessed to stop breathing during sleep and snores very loudly. Denies fatigue.
The provider ordered a home sleep study and patient scored a 6 on the scale that was performed. Is this scale only billable when the patient does the sleep study? I haven't had much luck finding any pertinent information that would support billing this when done in-office.

Thanks in advance :)
