Our doctor did an ERCP with stent removal on a patient who has Pennsylvania Medicaid. We billed a 43275 but it was denied. When we called MA we were told the code was incorrect. I looked on their fee schedule and cannot find 43275 or 43269 (the old code). I am at a loss as to how to bill this. Any suggestions?
