Need help finding CPT code for a catheter dilation done for an ERCP. Doc says he knows there's a code for it, but I copied the entire ERCP code for him to choose the best one and the only one that fits is a balloon catheter. Here are the codes he provided: 43259, 43262, 43268, 43269, and wrote "catheter dilation". In procedure report, this is what it said, "Dilation of the right hepatic stricture w/ 4-5-7 cathether Soehendra bougie-type dialator". PLEASE HELP! Thank you in advance!
