Wiki ERCP enterotomy and gastrotomy

I need help please. We did an ERCP on a patient (status post gastric bypass) where the surgeon did an enterotomy and gastrotomy and the surgeon guided the ERCP scope into the duodenum. Would we still use the 4326X codes even though the approach wasn't through the mouth?
