My physican inserted a biliary stent into the left hepatic system and the stent was in good position then he attempted to place a stent in the right system and was unsuccessful. He then removed the stent in the left hepatic system using a snare.
What are any sugg. on how to bill for this he also did a sphincterotomy and brushings of the stricture.
