We have an ERCP being done with dilation but the tool that the doctor is using is not a balloon dilator, it's making me second guess using the 43277. Has anyone out there run into this? Thanks!

Can you post the verbiage of that part of the operative report?
 
Here is the portion of the op note:

At that point I decided to go ahead and dilate him so 4/6-French Soehendra dilator was used. It was taken up right up to the common hepatic duct. Could not go beyond that. There area was dilated. After that, I removed the Soehendra dilator.
