Hi all, so we have an interesting case that I wanted some feed back on. The procedure is pretty straight forward; ERCP with stent and stone removal however the scope was entered via the gastrostomy site. Would you still code as an ERCP (43275 & 43264) or would you code as an unlisted procedure (47999).

Open to all suggestions.
