Wiki Error 507: HCPCS

Hi ,
I am coding for Bendamustine/Obinutuzumab for a patient with follicular lymphoma but getting claim denials from Medicare for the days obinutuzumab is administered with error 507.
double checked NDC nos and UOM.
What else could be worng.

I'm not familiar with that error message. Can you post the exact text of the denial message? And are there any supplemental remark codes on the remittance advice?

A7 : Acknowledgement/Rejected for Invalid Information - The claim/encounter has invalid information as specified in the Status details and has been rejected. 507 : HCPCS LEHCPCS​

Unfortunately, I don't think that's enough information for me to help. Sorry! I would call the Medicare Contractor to see if they can provide more information about the denial.
