I need help with an error code:

When billing out J1100, dexamethasone injection

Payer Report states Validation Error

Description should not be used. Sub-Element SV101-07 is used. It should not be used when loop 2410 is used and HCPCS code from SV101-02 is not from external code listed - Not otherwise Classified Codes (NOC).

My place of employement hasn't purchased books for 2017 yet. Any guidance would be appreciated.
