Our provider is wanting to have pt do ESDT( Esophageal Self Dilation Therapy)... this generally would be done by the pt themselves at home. We are wondering if this could actually instead be done by the physician in clinic so we could bill for it, presumably using the 43450 CPT.

We would be ordering a specific kit for this procedure to be done.
