I coded this as 43215. Doc wants to also bill 31526, 31622.

He does document using a Parsons laryngoscope, a 4mm 0-degree rigid endoscope, a fiberoptic flexible endoscope, and then the Benjamin laryngoscope. Are these all different and separately billable? (31622 is a CPT designated "separate procedure").
