It is my understanding that ALL outpatient services are included in the MCP for the month....is that correct?

I'm being asked if you can code for a vascular access procedure AND a dialysis visit on the same day?

...or if the doctor can do a procedure on a dialysis access and then the patient be seen by one of his partners for her dialysis comprehensive visit?

I am a veteran coder, but new to nephrology, so any help would be REALLY appreciated! :)
