I need help with coding for monthy dialysis to medicare I use G0317-G0319.
I use 90935 for patient being Inpatient (Physicians services). This is for medicare. Do I use cpt codes or G codes....I have been getting paid for G codes.... Also need help with coding on partial monthly when patient is admited to hospital. I know what the cpt book states, but does medicare want cpt or HCPC.....
