We have a 3 year old patient who was seen to establish care. No problems or complaints. What is the best diagnosis code to use? I have come up with V65.8, is this the best one to use?
 
Let me answer your question with another question.

At what point (age) does a child outgrow being a child for purposes of V20 Health supervision of infant or child? In your case s/he's 3 YO. Might you be able to use V20.2 Routine infant or child health check?
