Does anyone have information on coding or billing guidelines for ETHOS adaptive Radiotherapy. We have one patient that is going to be treated with ETHOS adaptive radiotherapy but are concerned about issues with billing IMRT plans more than once per course of treatment. Patient is scheduled for 25 fractions. thank you
