Our office is going to start doing EUS's, does anyone have any insight about these codes, this is all new to our us?

We are also going to start doing Capsule Endoscopies, other than billing code 91110 globally, is there anything else that we need to know?

We are currently coding EUS with EGD...if EGD don't have biopsy or something else with it we are coding 43237 depends on the extent of the ultrasound..esophagus, stomach and adjacent structure;
If FNA is also included I code 43238; if patient also has a biopsy EGD then I also code 43239. Tbitha
