My physician has started doing EUS with celiac plexus I think the code that I should use is 43253 he said I should use 64530 or 64680. I showed him the book with both of those codes that refer you back to 43253. Can someone confirm what they are currently using for this procedure.
Thank-you for any help you can provide.
 
You seem to be correct in using 43253. Yes they are/are not using radiological monitoring but that doesn't change the exception of the Transendoscopic ultrasound.
