Evacuation of retroperitoneal hematoma

Help please!! My physician did an open radical right nephrectomy but also evacuated a retroperitoneal hematoma. I am having a hard time finding this in the book. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My understanding is the evacuation of hematoma is included in the surgery. If justified by the procedure and documentation, you could consider -22 on the primary. That is how I have coded in the past, unless it was a return to the OR or something like that.
If anyone has any differing advice, feel free to chime in!!
