Does anyone know a code for Evans Procedure??? Thanks a bunch!

According to a note in my CPT book, and "Evans procedure" should be coded as 28300.
Ortho is not my thing, so I can't be sure...and especially not sure without an op report. I did google it though, and came up with a couple sites that used the same code.
